In this “Festival Favorite” seminar, we will taste several wines and sample several cheeses to see if we can find the Ultimate Match.
Our Central Coast winemakers will be there to share their thoughts on matching their wines with certain types of cheeses. We will focus on cheeses that best complement the wines and let you know where you can purchase the cheeses used in the seminar.
